I believe that true success can only be achieved when one masters their fears and live in accordance with their values. Curiosity, hanger for new experiences and learning opportunities guided me from Siberia to Moscow, to Kazakhstan and the UK to reach Munich. During last 20 years working in Human Resources, training and coaching, I have been embracing my need for creativity, connection and continuous growth.
